Campus Wi-Fi Upgrade Prompts Action from You


Over the summer Information Technology Services (ITS) updated the campus wireless network. As a result of the work to improve Secure Mustang Wireless and eduroam, you will see a one-time, pop-up window asking you to verify a new certificate.

You can verify the certificate is legitimate by confirming it is:

  • presented by calpolyclearpass.netadm.calpoly.edu.
  • certified as valid.

Accept the certificate by clicking the Continue button. You will need to confirm each device you use to connect to the wireless network.

Update your Wi-Fi Certificate by clicking the Continue button




















 

ITS made several upgrades over the summer, if you are experiencing a Wi-Fi issue please bring your device(s) to the Service Desk at the Natatorium (No. 46), across from Spanos Stadium. We're happy to help!
